We celebrated Jay's and Mom's birthday in New Orleans the weekend after Mardi Gras. We enjoyed a family fun weekend. A funny moment was Friday night we ended up eating dinner in a bar with Laurel. To keep her entertained we were singing, "If You're Happy and You Know it"...The sing this at school a lot...So you clap your hands, then stomp our feet, and then your say, "AMEN"...We like to think that Laurel was helping to bring some Jesus to the Big Easy...It was funny!
We went to the zoo Saturday and I have to admit their zoo is one of the best we've been too. We had so much fun. Jay, Dad, and David also got to stop at the D-Day Museum and Grace even flew down to catch us all. We got beignets and enjoyed G-Rated sights and sounds of New Orleans.
